1简介根据《国务院关于深化中央财政科技计划(专项、基金等)管理改革方案》,2015年国家开始组织实施重点研发计划,“十三五”(2016~2020)期间首批试点专项中涉及农业领域的两个专项分别为:“七大农作物育种”和“化学肥料和农药减施增效综合技术研发”。其中“七大农作物育种”专项中又专设了“主要农作物养分高效利用性状形成的遗传与分子基础”项目。国家将控制化肥施用、提高肥料和作物养分利用效率的研究作为当前优先考虑的其中一个重点研发任务,本文评述了开展该项
1 Introduction According to the “State Council’s Plan for Deepening the Management Reform of the Central Government’s Science and Technology Plan (Special Projects, Funds, etc.)”, in 2015 the state began to organize the implementation of key R & D plans and the first batch of pilot projects under the “13th Five-Year Plan” (2016-2020) The two special projects in the field of agriculture are: “Seven Crop Breeding” and “Research and Development of Integrated Chemical Fertilizer and Pesticide Reduction and Efficiency Improvement”.
