为观察单侧臂丛切断术对不同年龄家兔脊髓颈膨大部C4 ~T2 双侧后根神经节神经元数量变化的影响 ,对1 2例不同年龄的家兔行左侧臂丛切断术 ,3个月后对其脊髓颈膨大部C4 ~T2 双侧后根神经节神经元进行观察计数 ,并对胞体及核仁的大小进行测量。细胞计数以核仁为指标 ,并根据K..onigsmark法进行校正 ,对后根节的细胞及核仁的测量则借助图像分析仪进行 ,测量细胞共计 1 2 0 0个。结果显示臂丛切断侧脊髓颈膨大部后根节神经元缺失显著 ,后根节神经元缺失多发生在中、小型神经元 ,对年幼动物影响更为明显。
To observe the effect of unilateral brachial plexus amputation on the number changes of bilateral posterior ganglion neurons in the C4 ~ T2 dilated spinal cord of rabbits at different ages, 12 cases of rabbits of different ages underwent left brachial plexus block, Three months later, the dorsal root ganglion neurons in C4 ~ T2 of the cervical spondylosis were observed and counted, and the size of the somatic and nucleolar nuclei were measured. The cell count is based on nucleolus and corrected according to the method of Konigsmark. The measurement of the cells and nucleolus of the dorsal root ganglion is carried out by means of an image analyzer, measuring a total of 1,200 cells. The results showed that there was a significant loss of the dorsal root ganglion neurons in the dilated spinal cord on the severed side of the brachial plexus. The loss of neurons in the dorsal root ganglion mostly occurred in the middle and small neurons, which had a more obvious effect on young animals.
