阐述了链轮高频热处理后产生畸变的原因,从高频感应加热原理,加热温度、淬火冷却后产生组织结构变化带来的影响,以及从材料、热力学、应力和应变等方面进行了分析,最终提出了防止链轮高频热处理畸变的措施。根据这些措施处理后的链轮满足了厂家提出的技术要求,降低了产品废品率,取得了好的经济效益。
The causes of the distortion after the high frequency heat treatment of sprocket are expounded. The influences of high frequency induction heating principle, heating temperature, quenching and cooling on the structure changes are analyzed, and the material, thermodynamics, stress and strain are analyzed. Finally put forward to prevent the sprocket high-frequency heat treatment distortion measures. According to these measures, the sprockets processed meet the technical requirements put forward by the manufacturers, reducing the rejection rate of the products and achieving good economic benefits.
