The authors studied H_(615) (primary) and H_(22) (OAAT-induced) hepatocellular carcinoma-independent CAMP-dependent protein kinases and found that when using endogenous proteins as substrates, H_(615) and The enzyme activity in H_(22) tissue was 3.10 and 2.44 times that of normal liver, respectively. When dephosphorylated phosvitin and protamine were used as substrates, the enzymatic activity of tumor tissue was 1.5-4.45 times that of normal liver.
