对啤酒花Humulus lupulus的化学成分进行研究。采用大孔树脂、硅胶柱、ODS柱、Sephadex LH-20柱和高压制备液相色谱仪分离纯化,利用MS,NMR等波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。从啤酒花60%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个化合物,依次为花旗松素(taxifolin,1),柚皮素(naringenin,2),柑橘查耳酮(chalconaringenin,3),金合欢素(acacetin,4),槲皮素3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(quercetin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,5),6-戊烯基柚皮素(6-prenylnaringenin,6),黄腐酚(xanthohumol,7),脱甲基黄腐酚(desmethylxanthohumol,8),黄腐酚B(xanthohumol B,9)。其中,化合物1~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The chemical composition of hops Humulus lupulus was studied. The compounds were isolated and purified by macroporous resin, silica gel column, ODS column, Sephadex LH-20 column and high pressure liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by MS, NMR and other spectroscopic methods. Nine compounds were isolated and identified from 60% ethanol extract of hops, including taxifolin (1), naringenin (2), chalconaringenin (3), acacetin , 4), quercetin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (5), 6-prenylnaringenin , Xanthohumol (7), desmethylxanthohumol (8) and xanthohumol B (9). Among them, compounds 1-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
