高速公路收费标准 (或费率 )的高低将直接关系到其吸引交通量的多少 ,并进而影响到高速公路的营运效益。本文在分析了影响高速公路收费标准各因素的基础上 ,以交通量多路径概率分配模型为理论依据 ,就高速公路收费标准 (或费率 )的高低对交通出行的路径选择 (或分配 )及项目营运影响等进行研究分析。经综合研究分析 ,目前 ,我国绝大部分地区高速公路的合理收费标准 ,小客车一般在 0 .30~ 0 .5 0元 /小车·公里之间、中型标准车则在 0 .2 0~ 0 .4 0元 /当量小车·公里 (即 0 .4~ 0 .8元 /车·公里 )之间 ,并随着经济的发展和交通需求的不断增加 ,其相应的合理收费标准将会不断提高
Expressway toll rates (or rates) will have a direct impact on the amount of traffic it attracts, and thus affect the expressway’s operating efficiency.
