为解决惯导设备数据异常而状态码未及时更新所导致的设备状态无法判断的问题展开研究。基于新测量船分布式惯导的安装设计,分析了如何通过坐标转换的方式,计算得到冗余的船姿数据。根据冗余船姿数据的特性,采用置信度检验法对各姿态测量设备进行检测,建立了设备可信任度矩阵,并将矩阵元素与对应设备进行标志,可以通过分析矩阵元素有针对性地进行船姿故障诊断,并对检测过程中可能会产生的矩阵特性做了分析说明。最后,在某次任务惯导实测数据的基础上,仿真了横摇数据的漂移,并通过置信度检验法对其进行检验,实验结果验证了方法的正确性。
