[目的 ]探讨鸡冠花对小鼠机体耐受力的影响。 [方法 ]用随机数字表法将小鼠分成耐缺氧、耐高温、游泳 3大实验组 ,每大组又随机分为高、低剂量和对照 3小组 ,每小组 14只 ,雌雄各半。高、低剂量组按 2 5 g kg、1 2 5g kg用鸡冠花液灌胃 ,1次 d ;对照组用蒸馏水同量灌胃 ,2 5d后进行实验 ,并测定其肌糖原肝糖原含量。 [结果 ]高剂量组耐缺氧、耐高温、游泳实验时间 (min)分别为 44 42± 14 5 6、40 42± 17 0 1、90 5 8± 2 0 49,低剂量组分别为 3 9 5 0± 10 11、3 8 67±12 5 6、76 67± 2 1 96,对照组分别为 3 4 0 0± 8 41、3 8 2 5± 12 42、64 47± 8 79;高剂量组耐缺氧、耐高温、游泳实验肌糖原和肝糖原含量 (mg 10 0 g组织 )分别为 0 95± 0 2 8和 2 14± 0 5 8、1 17± 0 2 6和 1 78± 0 47、1 19± 1 0 3和 1 10±0 3 9,低剂量组分别为 0 84± 0 2 6和 1 5 2± 0 2 8、1 0 2± 0 2 3和 1 15± 0 13、0 76± 0 17和 1 0 3± 0 76,对照组分别为 0 44± 0 13和 1 14± 0 70、0 82± 0 15和 1 15± 0 19、0 47± 0 2 0和 1 0 0± 0 43。 [结论 ]鸡冠花具有增强小鼠耐受力和增加小鼠肌糖原、肝糖原储备的作用。
