为适应护理模式的转变，将护生实习前培训工作，安排在实施整体护理的神经外科模式病房进行。①讲好护理哲理课，使护生树立良好的职业道德观念。②搞好输液护理质量满意度的调查。让护生明确病人满意是工作质量的标准。③教好输液操作中的语言宣教，强化护生在技术操作中宣教意识。④组织护理查房，教会护生运用护理程序主动服务的方法。⑤安排健康教育活动，提高护生传授知识维护健康的自觉性。
In order to adapt to the change of nursing model, pre-training training for nursing students was arranged in the neurosurgery mode ward where overall care was performed. A good care philosophical class, so that nurses establish a good professional ethics. 2 do a good job in infusion care quality satisfaction survey. Allowing nurses to clarify patient satisfaction is the standard of work quality. 3 Teach the language education in the infusion operation and strengthen the awareness of nursing students in the technical operation. 4 Organize nursing ward rounds and teach church nurses how to use nursing procedures to proactively serve. 5 Arrange for health education activities to increase the awareness of students in imparting knowledge and maintaining health.
