目的 研究nm2 3基因在恶性滋养细胞肿瘤中的表达和意义。方法 采用LSAB免疫组化染色方法 ,检测nm2 3基因在 91例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤中的表达水平。结果 nm2 3在侵袭性葡萄胎的阳性表达率 ( 10 0 % )显著高于绒毛膜癌 ( 68 63% ) (P <0 0 1)。在不同肿瘤性滋养细胞中 ,合体滋养细胞 (ST)基本不表达 ,中间型滋养细胞 (IT)和细胞滋养细胞 (CT)部分表达 ,但侵袭性葡萄胎中IT阳性表达率 ( 62 50 % )极明显高于绒毛膜癌 ( 3 92 % ) (P <0 0 1)。侵袭性葡萄胎原发瘤强阳性表达率 ( 82 76% )明显高于转移瘤 ( 2 7 2 7% ) ,原发性绒毛膜癌阳性表达率 ( 84 37% )明显高于转移性绒毛膜癌 ( 4 2 11% ) ,差异均具有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 nm2 3基因的表达水平与恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的分化呈正相关 ,与肿瘤的转移能力呈负相关。
Objective To study the expression and significance of nm23 gene in malignant trophoblastic tumor. Methods The expression of nm23 gene in 91 cases of malignant trophoblastic tumor was detected by LSAB immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression rate of nm23 in invasive hydatidiform mole (100%) was significantly higher than that in choriocarcinoma (68.63%) (P <0.01). In different neoplastic trophoblastic cells, syncytiotrophoblasts (STs) were not expressed in most of the cases, while those in intermediate trophoblasts (IT) and cytotrophoblasts (CT) were partly expressed. However, the positive rate of IT in invasive mole was 62.5% It was significantly higher than that of choriocarcinoma (3 92%) (P <0.01). The positive rate of primary tumor in invasive hydatidiform mole (82 76%) was significantly higher than that of metastatic tumor (27 72%), and the positive rate of primary choriocarcinoma (84 37%) was significantly higher than that in metastatic chorion Cancer (42.11%), the differences were highly significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The nm23 gene expression is positively correlated with the differentiation of malignant trophoblastic tumor and negatively correlated with tumor metastasis.
