今年第二季度,部分特大型、大型城市拥堵延时指数均在2以上,即因为交通拥堵,公众出行需花费非拥堵状态下2倍以上的时间到达目的地。上海拥堵程度排名居首,出行平均拥堵时长15.73分钟。北京和上海最堵的路段均出现在大型居住社区与大型办公区连接的道路,“城郊通勤”已经对特大城市交通造成巨大压力。而二线城市因为热点商圈集中,公共交通设施不完善,拥堵情况反而较一线城市严重。第一季高德交通报告中“堵王”杭州之后推出“错峰限行”收效显著,本季度拥堵缓解幅度居全国之首。
