Among kindergarten teachers, young teachers are a new force that can not be underestimated. Their professional growth is of great significance to teachers’ construction. Based on an analysis of some common problems among young kindergarten teachers, this article explores strategies to promote the professional development of young teachers through the use of graphic book reading diversity.
