利用大鼠胚胎中脑细胞作原代微团培养,研究了不同浓度的神经生长因子(2.5S)对中脑细胞分化的影响。结果表明,微团中的集落形成率明显增加,并且显示了剂量—效应关系。神经生长因子(2.5S)能促进中脑细胞的生长。
The use of rat embryonic mesencephalic cells as primary micelles to study the effects of different concentrations of nerve growth factor (2.5S) on the differentiation of midbrain cells. The results show that the colony formation rate in micelles is significantly increased and shows a dose-response relationship. Nerve growth factor (2.5S) can promote the growth of midbrain cells.
