氨制冷压力管道保冷层的施工质量是保证制冷效果、管道防腐的关键,也是保证节能的关键。采用红外热成像和X射线数字成像技术相结合的方法对在用制冷压力管道进行检验时,发现保冷施工质量控制不到位,一方面对蒸发温度影响较大,耗能增加;另一方面造成隔热层结冰或水汽渗入,对管道外壁造成严重腐蚀。通过调研、对比,结合试验验证,提出了氨制冷压力管道保冷层施工质量控制要点。
Ammonia refrigeration pressure pipe insulation layer construction quality is to ensure that the cooling effect, the key to pipeline corrosion, but also the key to ensuring energy conservation. Using the combination of infrared thermography and X-ray digital imaging technology, it is found that the quality control of cold-preservation construction is not in place when it is tested with refrigeration pressure pipelines. On the one hand, the influence of evaporation temperature is greater and the energy consumption is increased; on the other hand, Icing or water vapor infiltration on the thermal layer, causing serious corrosion on the outer wall of the pipe. Through investigation, comparison, combined with test verification, put forward the key points of quality control of the construction of ammonia refrigeration pressure pipe cooling layer.
