改革开放以来,经济快速发展,我国城乡居民收入水平有了很大的提高,食物消费水平和食物消费结构也发生了很大的变化。然而随着人们收入水平提高,东西方文化的结合及消费观念的改变,中国居民的食品消费结构中存在一系列问题,本文对这些问题进行了分析,同时提出一些建议有助于改善居民食品消费结构,进而提高国民整体素质,确保全国居民营养与健康。
