目的 :探讨一种新的治疗胶耳以及其他耳病的方法。方法 :对 2 2例 2 8耳胶耳患者在行鼓膜置管后 ,行外耳道吹氧治疗 ,并与同期用常规方法治疗的 19例 2 0耳胶耳进行比较 ;此外还比较了乳突根治术后用外耳道吹氧法治疗对干耳的影响。结果 :胶耳吹氧组平均恢复时间为 1.2 0± 0 .4 2d ,胶耳对照组则为 3.5 0± 0 .87d ,两组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。乳突术后吹氧组平均干耳时间为 3.92± 0 .77周 ,乳突术后对照组则为 5 .82± 2 .0 3周 ,两组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :外耳道吹氧法是一种治疗胶耳的较好方法 ,还可用于乳突开放术后 ,以缩短干耳时间 ,值得推广。
Objective: To explore a new method of treating gum tracts and other ear diseases. Methods: Twenty-two patients (28 ears) with rubber ear were treated with tympanic membrane in the external ear canal and compared with 19 cases (20 cases) treated with conventional method in the same period. In addition, mastoidectomy was compared The effects of external auditory canal oxygenation on dry ears after operation. Results: The average recovery time of gum oxygen group was 1.2 ± 0.42 days, while that of rubber ear control group was 3.5 ± 0.87 days. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The average dry ear time of the oxygen blowing group after mastoid was 3.92 ± 0.77 weeks, and the control group after mastoid was 5.82 ± 2.03 weeks, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0 .0 5). Conclusion: The external auditory canal oxygen blowing method is a better method for treating gum tracts. It can also be used to shorten the duration of dry ear after open mastoid surgery, which is worth promoting.
