血管内皮生长因子与胃癌转移及预后的研究进展

近年来大量的研究表明,由于肿瘤细胞的异常生长,肿瘤经常会暴露在缺氧的微环境里,在缺氧条件下,基因会选择性的被激活或失活,导致一些特异蛋白的表达或抑制例如VEGF,从而可以提高肿瘤细胞在低氧状态下的生存率。VEGF家族和胃癌中癌细胞的转移和预后不良密切相关。本文就这个问题做综述,从而为临床上提高胃癌患者生存率提供依据。 In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that due to the abnormal growth of tumor cells, tumors are often exposed to the hypoxia microenvironment. Under hypoxic conditions, genes are selectively activated or inactivated, resulting in the expression of some specific proteins or Inhibition of, for example, VEGF, can increase the survival rate of tumor cells in a hypoxic state. VEGF family and gastric cancer metastasis and poor prognosis are closely related. This article reviews the issue, to provide a basis for clinical survival rate of patients with gastric cancer.
