[目的]寻找较高杀虫活性的吡唑酰胺类化合物并进行结构优化。[方法]设计合成一系列含有草酰肼、酰胍基结构的吡唑酰胺类化合物。[结果]合成7个结构新颖的含草酰肼、酰胍基结构的吡唑酰胺类化合物,结构经过核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)和高分辨质谱(HMRS)分析确证,并进行杀虫活性测试研究。[结论]杀虫活性测试结果表明:部分目标化合物对东方黏虫和小菜蛾具有较好的杀虫活性,具有进一步研究价值。
[Objective] The research aimed to search pyrazole amide compounds with higher insecticidal activity and optimize their structure. [Method] A series of pyrazole amide compounds containing oxalic hydrazide and guanidino groups were designed and synthesized. [Result] Seven novel pyrazole amides containing oxalic hydrazide and guanidino groups were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and HMRS. Insecticides Activity Test Study. [Conclusion] The results of insecticidal activity test showed that some of the target compounds had good insecticidal activity against Oriental armyworm and Plutella xylostella and had further research value.
