目的:观察不同浓度的铜、银离子或游离氯在单项或不同组合情况下对水中大肠杆菌及大肠杆菌噬菌体f2的杀灭作用.方法:在被大肠杆菌及f2培养物污染的水样中加入消毒剂作用10min,测定消毒前后的菌落数,并计算灭活率K值(K=-lgNt/No).结果:单独用铜或银离子,消毒效果较差;铜、银离子协同作用也不理想;当铜、银离子与游离氯协同作用时,对大肠杆菌和f2的K值分别达到6.0991,4.0995,且铜、银离子与游离氯协同作用显著优于单独作用(P<0.01).结论:铜、银离子和游离氯对微生物的协同灭活效果非常显著.
OBJECTIVE: To observe the killing effect of copper, silver ion or free chlorine in different concentration on f2 in Escherichia coli and Escherichia coli in single or different combinations. Methods: The disinfectant was added to the water samples contaminated by Escherichia coli and f2 culture for 10 minutes. The number of colonies before and after disinfection was measured and K value (K = -lgNt / No) was calculated. Results: Cu or Ag ions alone had poor disinfection effect, but Cu and Ag ions were not synergistic. When Cu and Ag ions and free chlorine were synergistic, K values of Escherichia coli and f2 were 6.0991, 4.0995, and the synergistic effects of copper and silver ions with free chlorine were significantly better than that of free chlorine alone (P <0.01). Conclusion: Synergistic inactivation of copper, silver ions and free chlorine on microorganisms is very significant.
