80年代中期,由中国建研院建筑机械化研究所参照西德样机设计出GQ40型凸轮传动式钢筋切断机、并与我厂共同研制成功。该型切断机造型新颖、结构紧凑、主轴受力合理、性能高于国内各机型。其技术参数及性能测试与计算分别见表1与表2,可以看出与国内同规格切断机相比,其性能最佳。 GQ40型从试制成功至今尚未形成批量生产,并在市场竞争中始终未有立足之地;但从已销出的反馈回信息表明,该机操作灵活可靠、性能好、返修率低,尤其是近来国内一些用户与外商纷纷要求订购该型切断
In the mid-1980s, the GQ40 cam transmission rebar cutting machine was designed by the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Construction Mechanization with reference to the West German prototype and jointly developed with our factory. This type of cutting machine is novel in design, compact in structure, reasonable in stress on the spindle, and has higher performance than domestic models. The technical parameters and performance tests and calculations are shown in Table 1 and Table 2, respectively, and it can be seen that the performance is best compared with the domestic same specification cutting machine. The GQ40 model has not yet been mass-produced since the trial production and has never had a foothold in the market competition; however, feedback from the feedback has shown that the machine is flexible, reliable, with good performance and low repair rate, especially recently. Some domestic users and foreign companies have requested to order this type of cut off
