价值观是指每个人对客观事物和对个体行为的意义、效果和重要性的总评价,是对什么是好的,什么是应该的总看法。价值观是人们判断事物有无价值及价值大小的评价标准。个体的价值观一旦确立,便具有相对稳定性。但就企业而言,由于新老更替和环境变化,企业的价值观念也会随之改变。传统价值观念一去不复还,取而代之的便是新价值观。我们每个人对许多事物的看法和评价在各自心中都有主次、轻重的排列,就构成了价值体系。本文就企业价值观和优秀员工价值观在企业发展中发挥的作用进行了论述。
Value refers to everyone’s objective evaluation of the individual’s behavior and the significance, effectiveness and importance of the overall evaluation of what is good and what should be the general view. Values are the criteria by which people judge whether something is worth or not. Once an individual’s values have been established, it has relative stability. However, as far as enterprises are concerned, the values of the enterprises will change due to the change of old and new and the change of the environment. As long as traditional values are gone, the new values are replaced by them. The opinions and assessments of many of us in each and every one of us have a primary and secondary order of importance, which constitutes the value system. This article discusses the role of corporate values and excellent employee values in the development of enterprises.
