本文通过四角喷射炉膛内回旋流场的数值计算和实验测试的对比研究,比较了几种计算方法的预估结果与实验结果的符合程度。结果表明:为克服当流动方向与网格线交角过大时所产生的过分数值伪扩散,引入流向平衡粘性方法与k-ε湍流模型相结合可获得与实验结果相一致的计算结果;而采用混合差分格式加k-ε模型所得到的计算结果比流向平衡粘性方法加等效常湍流粘性系数这样的简化处理的计算结果还要差。
In this paper, by comparing the numerical calculation and experimental test of the gyroscopic flow field in the four-corner injection furnace, the coincidence of the predicted results and the experimental results of several calculation methods is compared. The results show that in order to overcome the excessive numerical pseudo-diffusion caused when the flow direction and the grid line angle are too large, the calculation results that are consistent with the experimental results can be obtained by introducing the balanced flow-direction method and the k-ε turbulence model. The results obtained by the hybrid difference scheme plus k-ε model are worse than the simplified ones by the balanced flow viscosity method and the equivalent constant turbulent viscosity coefficient.
