This article reports 3 cases as follows. Example 1: Male, 68 years old. Suddenly fainted without cause, sweating, vomiting, shortness of breath 2 hours into the hospital. Vomit twice as stomach contents. Have a history of hypertension. Physical examination: body temperature 36.8 ℃, pulse 130 times, breathing 24 times, blood pressure 14.7 / 10.7kPa. Irritability, pale, acromegaly, slightly cyanotic lips, breath sounds coarse lung, heart
