针对发动机使用过程中在尾喷口发现金属片问题,通过理化成分分析,确定金属片为钛合金材料。根据金属片形貌特征及材料成分,分析判断为分流环加强筋一角掉块。进行了强度计算分析及危害性分析,经孔探仪检查,印证了前期分析判断的准确性,后续提高分流环加强筋焊接质量,避免再次发生类似故障。
Aiming at the problem that the metal sheet is found at the tail nozzle during the engine operation, the metal sheet is determined to be a titanium alloy material through physical and chemical composition analysis. According to the topography and material composition of the metal sheet, it is judged as a corner block of the shunt bead. The strength calculation and analysis and the hazard analysis were carried out. The accuracy of the pre-analysis and analysis was verified by the hole-finder inspection, and the weld quality of the shunt ring stiffener was subsequently improved to avoid similar failures again.
