课堂教学是教师的教和学生的学之间的双向过程,因此教师的课堂教学效果既需要教师的教也需要学生的学,在课堂教学中教师要在自己精心上课的过程中也要多想想学生,即我们常说的换位思考。换位思考能够促进师生关系的相处、促进课堂教学、提高教学质量。因此,教师要在日常教学中做到从学生出发备课,从学生出发讲课,从学生出发反思,从而使教学过程得到优化。
Classroom teaching is a two-way process between teacher’s teaching and student’s learning. Therefore, teacher’s classroom teaching effect requires both teacher’s teaching and student’s learning. In classroom teaching, teachers should also think more about their own careful teaching. Think of students, that is, we often say empathy. Transpositional thinking can promote the relationship between teachers and students, promote classroom teaching and improve teaching quality. Therefore, teachers should prepare for lessons from students in their daily teaching, start from the students’ lectures, and reflect from the students, so that the teaching process can be optimized.
