采用电爆炸喷涂技术,将商用材料2Cr13喷涂在生物质能材料固化颗粒成形模具表面,通过对涂层进行扫描电镜、能谱分析、强度试验可知,2Cr13经电爆炸喷涂技术在模具表面形成的涂层致密、无微裂纹、空洞较少、合金元素烧损少、与基体结合强度高。将这种经电爆炸喷涂强化后的生物质颗粒成形模具用于生产考核,寿命可提高一倍。试验与生产考核的结果为人们采用“普通钢+电爆炸喷涂表面强化”工艺代替用昂贵的模具钢来制作模具提供了依据。
Using electrical explosion spraying technology, 2Cr13 commercial material was sprayed on the surface of the mold material of biomass solidified particles. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy spectrum analysis and intensity test showed that 2Cr13 was formed on the mold surface by electrical explosion spraying Layer density, no micro-cracks, fewer holes, less loss of alloying elements, and the matrix with high strength. This electric blast enhanced spraying of biomass pellet forming die for the production assessment, life expectancy can be doubled. Test and production test results for people to use “ordinary steel + electric blast spray surface hardening ” process instead of using expensive mold steel to provide the basis for the mold.
