报告经伽玛刀治疗的脑转移瘤18例。原发肿瘤中肺及乳房癌占72.5％。脑转移瘤中属单发有11例,多发有7例。肿瘤平均直径19.46mm,肿瘤照射野覆盖平均为56.3％,瘤周边剂量平均为21.5Gy。出院后12例随访9天～1年(平均6.9个月),其中8例存活(平均8.4个月),4例死亡。获CT随访7例,示肿瘤缩小7例,消失4例(3例为多发肿瘤)。认为伽玛刀治疗简便、安全,对控制肿瘤生长有明显作用,并就伽玛刀治疗的指征等进行了讨论。 Report of gamma-knife treatment of brain metastases in 18 cases. Primary lung cancer and breast cancer accounted for 72.5%. There are 11 cases of solitary brain metastases and 7 cases of multiple brain metastases. The mean tumor diameter was 19.46 mm, the average tumor coverage was 56.3%, and the average tumor peripheral dose was 21.5 Gy. After discharge, 12 patients were followed up for 9 days to 1 year (mean 6.9 months), of which 8 survived (average 8.4 months) and 4 died. CT was followed up in 7 cases, showing shrinkage in 7 cases, disappeared in 4 cases (3 cases of multiple tumors). Gamma Knife that the treatment is simple and safe, has a significant effect on the control of tumor growth, and indications for gamma knife treatment are discussed.
