计算了Al-Li-Mg-Si合金典型相图的截面组织,并对其电子显微结构进行分析。结果表明,平衡状态时主要析出相为δ,并且能够形成大量Mg2Si和AlLiSi等富Si相。但在实际的非平衡状态时,析出相主要为亚稳态δ′,它的析出会抑制Mg2Si的形成,但是增加Mg的含量又会对Mg2Si的析出起到一定的促进作用。
The cross-sectional structure of the typical phase diagram of Al-Li-Mg-Si alloy was calculated and its electronic microstructure was analyzed. The results show that the main precipitation phase is δ at equilibrium, and a large amount of Si-rich phase such as Mg2Si and AlLiSi can be formed. However, in the actual non-equilibrium state, the precipitation phase is mainly metastable δ ’, its precipitation will inhibit the formation of Mg2Si, but increasing the content of Mg will play a certain role in the precipitation of Mg2Si.
