提升钢丝绳的安全使用,时刻关系着设备和人身的安全,因钢丝绳断裂而造成的惨重事故国内外不乏先例,各国对钢丝绳的安全使用均有严格规定。我国的规定为: (1)提升钢丝绳在一个捻距内断丝数超过5％(如断丝在端部,允许切去断丝部分继续使用),须更换新绳; (2)提升钢丝绳直径比开始使用时缩小10％,或捻距比开始使用时延长0.5％,或外层钢丝直径减少30％时,应更换新绳; (3)钢丝绳遭受卡罐或突然停罐等猛烈拉
