小麦试管苗(从愈伤组织获得的再生植株)移栽技术是离休诱变育种的一个重要环节,因为再生植株必须经过移栽成活后,才有可能参加到后代的选择群体中去。经过几年的探索,我们成功地掌握了一套简便易行、成活率高的移栽技术,使小苗成活率达95%左右。再利用温室加代和早春地膜覆盖等措施,达到一年两代的育种技术。这样一般2~3年即可获得性状稳定的新株系,大大加快了小麦育种进程,缩短了育种年限,保证了科研工作的顺利进行。
Wheat in vitro plantlets (regenerated plants obtained from callus) Transplanting is an important part of recuperation breeding because regenerated plants must survive transplanting before they can participate in selected offspring populations. After several years of exploration, we have successfully mastered a set of simple, high survival rate of transplanting technology, the seedling survival rate of about 95%.
