随着经济的快速发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对于水的依赖性也越来越高,同时更加注重水的质量与安全可靠性。因此,人们也更加关注供水系统带来的耗能。加强供水系统工程的检测是一项降低耗能的非常有效的措施,尤其是要加强检测水处理厂每个环节的耗能与监控。通过某自来水厂控制系统分析,探讨了自来水自动供应的控制系统设计方法,并且根据PLC技术设计了适合于自来水厂的供水控制系统。该系统不仅能够最大程度地降低成本,还能够提高自来水厂的管理水平和工作效率。
With the rapid economic development and continuous improvement of people’s living standards, people are increasingly dependent on water, paying more attention to water quality and safety and reliability. Therefore, people pay more attention to the energy consumption of water supply system. Strengthening the testing of water supply system projects is a very effective measure to reduce energy consumption. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the energy consumption and monitoring of every part of the water treatment plant. Through the analysis of a control system of a water plant, the control system design method of tap water automatic supply was discussed, and the water supply control system suitable for waterworks was designed according to the PLC technology. The system not only minimizes costs, but also improves the management and efficiency of the waterworks.
