以纳米铁粉为研究对象,以不同有机溶剂为分散介质,采用超声振荡、分散剂等分散技术,利用透射电镜(TEM)测定了纳米铁粉的粒度及粒度分布,初步探讨了不同分散技术对纳米铁粉分散的影响。确定了最佳的测定条件,以乙醇为分散介质,分散剂OP-10的分散效果最佳,测定的纳米铁粉的外观为圆球型,平均粒度为32.9nm,粒度分布区域为20~40nm。
