在城市高层建筑深基坑工程中,钻孔灌注桩技术已被广泛应用。但当地下水位较高时,就会对钻孔灌注桩施工产生不利的影响甚至造成不良后果。本文结合工程实例,对深基坑地下水对钻孔灌注桩施工产生的孔壁坍塌和桩身缺陷问题进行了分析,提出了相应的防范及解决措施,可供类似工程参考。
In the urban high-rise building deep foundation pit project, bored pile technology has been widely used. However, when the local water table is high, it will adversely affect the construction of bored piles or even cause adverse consequences. Based on the engineering examples, this paper analyzes the problems of hole wall collapse and pile defects caused by the groundwater of deep foundation pit for the construction of cast-in-place bored piles, and puts forward corresponding precautions and solutions for reference of similar projects.
