雷公藤临床用其提取物醋酸乙酯治疗风湿性关节炎。据报道,治疗银屑病也有一定疗效。作者自1979年以来,用雷公藤酒浸剂(黄屯二号)治疗67例银屑病,效果满意。 临床资料:67例寻常型银屑病中,男36例,女31例。年龄20岁以下者5例,21～40岁27例,41～60岁27例,60岁以上者8例。病期最短者1年。最长者30年,平均8年。用药方法:每日3～4次,每次3～4片,口服。日总量不超过10～12片,即生药50～60克。皮疹消退后,以每日2～4片维持。用药期间,注意肝、肾功能及肠胃道反应,每月查血常规一次,2～3月查肝功能一次。
