本文介绍了用已鉴定的菜豆普通花叶病毒毒株 BCMV(V-5)制备出效价为512—1024的抗血清。1985~1986年在哈市郊区采集具有花叶、皱缩、疱叶症状的病毒病标样200余份。对1985年采集的140份标样,取其中具有代表性的标样进行了生物学特性的测定,病毒粒体的观察以及 BCMV(NL-5)抗血清琼脂双扩散测定。其结果表明:80%的标样为菜豆普通花叶病毒。1986年以自制抗血清对61份标样进行琼脂双扩散测定,其中41份进行了反向间接血凝测定,结果表明:菜豆普通花叶病毒占1986年所测标样的50~73%,说明哈尔滨郊区菜豆普通花叶病毒所占比例较高。
This article describes the preparation of antisera with a potency of 512-1024 using the identified cabbage common mosaic virus strain BCMV (V-5). From 1985 to 1986, more than 200 samples of virus disease were collected in the suburbs of Harbin with symptoms of mosaic, wrinkle and blister. On 140 samples collected in 1985, representative biological samples were taken for the determination of biological characteristics, observation of virus particles and determination of anti-serum BCMV (NL-5) double-diffusion. The results showed that: 80% of the standard sample bean mosaic virus. In 1986, 61 samples were self-made antiserum by agar double diffusion assay, of which 41 were reverse indirect hemagglutination assay. The results showed that common bean mosaic virus accounted for 50-73% of the standard measured in 1986, Harbin suburb common bean mosaic virus accounted for a higher proportion.
