功能性消化不良是指一组具有上腹部疼痛、烧灼感、早饱感和餐后上腹饱胀,伴食欲减退、嗳气、恶心或呕吐等上消化道症状,排除引起这些症状的器质性疾病的临床综合征,是临床最常见的一种功能性胃肠病.普通人群中有消化不良症状者占19%～41%.
