目的探讨普米克令舒(通用名:吸入用布地奈德混悬液)联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的有效性及对血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的影响。方法82例慢性咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,根据入院单双号将其分为参照组与研究组,各41例。参照组采用单一孟鲁司特治疗,研究组采用普米克令舒与孟鲁司特联合治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、治疗前后细胞免疫情况及血清IgE水平、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率为95.12%高于参照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6、12周,研究组痰液嗜酸性粒细胞阳性率
