在总结已有研究成果的基础上,指出研究存在三方面不足,即就业素质内涵研究不够全面、就业素质影响因素分析缺乏企业和教师方面的研究、提高高职院校学生就业素质的对策研究有待创新;进而探讨了高职院校大学生就业素质研究思路,一是把握就业素质内涵、拓宽理论研究维度,二是合理设置就业课程、开展对策实证研究,三是结合学校自身特色、加强实践创新研究。
On the basis of summarizing the existing research results, it is pointed out that there are three shortcomings in the research, that is, the research on the connotation of employment quality is not comprehensive enough, the research on the factors influencing the employment quality lacks the research on enterprises and teachers, and the countermeasure research on improving the employment quality of higher vocational colleges And then explores the research ideas on the employment quality of college students in higher vocational colleges. The first is to grasp the connotation of employment quality and broaden the theoretical research dimension. The second is to set employment courses rationally and carry out empirical research on countermeasures. The third is to combine the characteristics of schools and strengthen the practice and innovation research .
