目的估算某总α放射性超标井水所致居民有效年剂量水平,并评价居民长期摄入井水对健康的影响。方法采用辐射剂量学相关知识进行推算。结果长期饮用此水致居民有效年剂量范围为0.22~0.80 m Sv/a,均值为0.44 mSv/a,单一放射性核素~(226)Ra贡献的年剂量估计为0.10~0.35 mSv/a,均超过了饮用水剂量指导水平0.1mSv/a。结论该井水中~(226)Ra的含量较高,超过了WHO关于饮用水所致辐射的健康效应有关放射性核素浓度的指导水平,且~(226)Ra属于极毒放射性核素,长期饮用将造成健康危害。
Objective To estimate the effective annual dose of inhabitants induced by a total radioactive radioactive well and to evaluate the health effects of long-term intake of well water by residents.
