苏联乌克兰科学院超硬材料研究所研制并在姊妹河工具厂推广了整体硬质合金钻头排屑沟高效率成形磨削工艺过程,所用砂轮为同压制法制造的带金刚石涂层的AK型砂轮,采用这种砂轮磨钻头沟槽可提高劳动生产率和刀具的切削性能及耐磨性,还能缩短修整砂轮的周期,这种砂轮是按超硬材料研究所的技术条件TY88 YCCPCM646—79制造的。砂轮(见图)的优点是金刚石层的高度(D—D_1)/2较大,而厚度S 较小。砂轮体用AK6或16铝合金(OCT4784—74)制造,金刚石层用粒度为80/63和50/40的ACB 牌号的合成金刚石研磨粉或者用粒度
