失重飞行后航天员的超重耐力是下降的,为了探讨超重耐力下降的机理,因而观察了正常兔(n=10)和模拟失重兔(n214)在-4Gx离心机上作用3min后脑、心、肺、肾四个脏器微血管和组织形态学的变化。结果是正常兔在-4Gx作用后四个脏器的微血管和小静脉充血,肺动脉充血,出现肺不张和肺扩张。模拟失重兔-4Gx作用后,以上变化较正常组明显加重,肺、心部位有明显出血症状。结果提示失重后超重耐力下降与失重所引起的组织形态学变化有关。
In order to explore the mechanism of overweight and endurance decline, the effects of normal rabbit (n = 10) and simulated weightless rabbits (n214) on -4Gx centrifuge were observed after 3min. The brain, heart, lung, Changes of microvessels and histomorphology in four organs of kidney. The result was that in normal rabbits, the microvasculature and venules of the four organs were hyperemia and pulmonary arterial congestion after a -4Gx effect, with atelectasis and pulmonary expansion. Simulated weightless rabbits -4Gx role, the above changes were significantly worse than the normal group, lung, heart area obvious bleeding symptoms. The results suggest that the decrease of overweight and endurance after weightlessness is related to the changes of histomorphology caused by weightlessness.
