针对当前施工企业物资管理工作关注重点仍在于物资管理业务流程本身的控制,没有将物资管理业务作为一个系统进行设计规划,因而物资管理工作经常出现突发状况,导致物资成本较高、工作忙碌混乱的实际。提出了应当重视物资管理前期准备工作,将其放到与施工项目的施工方案前期策划等同位置的思路。
For the current construction materials management work is still focused on material management business process itself is not the control of the material management business as a system design and planning, material management often emergencies, resulting in higher material costs, busy and chaotic work reality. Put forward that we should pay attention to the preparatory work for material management and put it into the same position with the pre-construction plan of the construction project.
