以8年生千层金植株半木质化枝条作为插穗(5 cm),采用L9(34)正交试验设计系统研究扦插基质、植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、浸泡时间等4个因素对千层金扦插生根率、主根长和生根数的影响。结果表明:4个因素中对千层金生根率、主根长和总根数影响最主要的因素是植物生长调节剂种类,且国光生根粉明显优于ABT生根粉和GA3;植物生长调节剂浓度对生根率和主根长产生显著影响,以100~200 mg·L-1为最优;基质配比对生根总数产生显著影响,以泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1∶1的配比为最佳。千层金扦插生根最适合为:以泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1∶1为基质,国光200 mg·L-1溶液浸泡2 h。
