一、引言在航天工业中,大量使用各种不同形状及牌号的铝合金环形件,其中多为超过一米的大尺寸环形件。这类零件一种常用的成形工艺是弯曲焊接法。但弯焊工艺一般只适用于焊接性能较好的铝合金(防锈铝合金、工业铝合金等)。其焊缝强度与基体强度相比降低得不多,这样制造出来的环形件对零件强度影响不大,对保证零件质量还是可行的。
I. INTRODUCTION In the aerospace industry, a large number of aluminum alloy rings of various shapes and grades are widely used, of which large-sized rings are mostly more than one meter. A commonly used forming process for such parts is the bend welding method. However, the welding process is generally only suitable for better welding performance of aluminum (rust-proof aluminum, industrial aluminum, etc.). The strength of the weld is not much reduced compared with the strength of the base, so that the ring produced parts have little effect on the strength of the parts, to ensure the quality of the parts is still feasible.
