以人羊膜FL细胞非程序性DNA合成(UDS)为观察指标,对3种炉具的型煤焦油进行了遗传毒性检测。结果表明,3种炉具焦油在有与无S9情况下均不同程度地诱发UDS反映值增加,但它们诱发UDS增加剂量和作用范围大小不同。同一种煤用不同炉具燃烧,对所产生的直接致遗传毒性物质和间接致遗传毒性物质的成分和强度有很大影响。
The genotoxicity of biodiesel tar in three kinds of stoves was tested by the non-programmed DNA synthesis (UDS) of human amniotic FL cells. The results showed that the values of UDS induced by the three kinds of stove tar increased to some extent with and without S9, but they induced different doses and scope of action of UDS. The burning of the same type of coal with different types of stoves has a significant impact on the composition and strength of the directly and subsequently indirectly genotoxic substances produced.
