我国在2000年已经进入老龄化社会,随着老龄人口的增多和老年期的不断延长,老年人接受继续教育的任务迫在眉睫。但老年教育事业发展不容乐观。面对老年教育发展现状,区级老年大学要在错位竞争中创新工作机制,确保老年教育稳步健康发展。一、问题提出联合国规定凡65岁以上的老年人口占总人口的比例达7%以上或60岁以上老年人口在总人口中的比重超过10%的属老年型国家或地区。我国在2000年已经进入老龄化社会。
China has entered an aging society in 2000. With the increase of the aging population and the continuous extension of old age, the task of continuing education for the elderly is imminent. However, the development of education for the elderly is not optimistic. In the face of the current situation of the development of education for the elderly, district-level senior citizens should innovate the working mechanism in the dislocation competition and ensure the steady and healthy development of education for the elderly. First, the issue put forward the United Nations provides that where the proportion of the elderly over the age of 65 accounted for more than 7% of the total population or the elderly over the age of 60 in the total population of more than 10% of the elderly-type countries or regions.
