Objective To explore the effect of individualized continuous nursing on improving the quality of life in hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 96 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with individualized continuation and the control group with routine nursing. Blood pressure changes before and after nursing. Results After treatment, systolic blood pressure (134.96 ± 5.48) mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure (98.75 ± 3.42) mm Hg, systolic blood pressure (142.37 ± 5.79) mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure (102.48 ± 5.74) The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Hypertension patients with individualized continuation of care, the effect is significant.
