本文较系统地探讨了己烯雌酚、三芳基取代丙烯腈、二芳基取代乙烷和萘丙酸等类型非甾体雌激素的化学结构与雌活性及辐射防护效果之间的相互关系。在所实验的80个化合物中,有46个化合物对受致死剂量~(60)C_o-r射线照射之小鼠具有较好的防护效果,有效率为58%。此类非甾体雌激素药物尚具有有效剂量范围宽,有效时间长等特点。实验证明非甾体雌激素的辐射防护作用与雌活性强度之间无平行关系,这一结果为进一步研究雌激素的防护作用和寻找新的有效防护药物提供了一定的依据。
This article systematically explores the chemical structure of diethylstilbestrol, triaryl-substituted acrylonitrile, diaryl-substituted ethane and naphthalene propionic acid and other types of non-steroidal estrogen chemical structure and estrogen activity and radiation protection of the relationship between the effect. Of the 80 compounds tested, 46 compounds showed good protective effect on mice exposed to the lethal dose of ~ (60) C_o-r and the effective rate was 58%. Such non-steroidal estrogen drugs still have a wide range of effective dose, effective long time and so on. Experiments show that non-steroidal estrogen radiation protection and estrogen activity between the no parallel relationship between the results for the further study of the protective effect of estrogen and find a new effective protective drug provides a basis.
