近几年来,我县小麦亩产徘徊在200～250公斤。随着农村改革的进一步深入,转变农业指导思想,树立商品经济新观念,对推动我县全年粮食生产和调整种植业结构,使小麦生产向高产、优质、高效发展。因此,打破小麦生产徘徊局面再上新台阶刻不容缓,但必须抓好以下几点:
