在中国经济的发展变化中,烟草制造业始终是中国的一个主要税源,中国烟草业在日益严格的控烟政策和保障国家财政收入的使命之间探索着发展之道。烟草公司稳健快速的发展,离不开公司人力资源管理部门的努力。人力资源管理强调在实现组织目标的同时实现个人的全面发展,这就为企业全面健康的发展提供了保障,为实现烟草公司既定效益扫清了障碍。但是现阶段,我国烟草公司仍存在很多亟需解决的问题,值得我们探讨。
In the development and changes of China’s economy, the tobacco manufacturing industry has always been a major source of revenue for China. The tobacco industry in China has explored the path of development between the increasingly strict tobacco control policies and the mission of safeguarding state revenue. Tobacco companies steady and rapid development, can not be separated from the company’s human resources management efforts. HRM emphasizes that achieving the goal of an organization while realizing the all-round development of an individual provides a guarantee for the overall healthy development of the enterprise, clearing the way for the realization of the established benefits of tobacco companies. However, at this stage, there are still many problems that need to be solved in our country’s tobacco companies, which deserves our discussion.
